ALT series

The ALT series of automated load testers are ideal for automated testing of compression springs. This PC controlled machine provides for automated feeding, setting, testing and sorting.

ALT series automated testers are provided standard with the following features:

• Vibratory bowl feeder for compression springs that do not tangle
• Maximum loads up to 300N
• Maximum adjustable stroke of 50mm
• Maximum adjustable free length of 150mm
• Maximum part OD of 45mm
• Maximum throughput of 2200pph
• Setting station programmble for 1-10 setting actions
• Capable of testing F1 and F2 at L1 and L2 at maximum throughput of 2200pph
• PC controlled with graphic user interface controlling all aspects of control and programs per part inspected.
• Simple setup and calibration

Optional capabilities include:

• Guide paths for specific spring geometry
• Specialised feeders for compression springs that tangle.
