CT series

The CT series range of compression/tension load testers all benefit from DC servo control for fast and accurate crosshead control. The frames of all the tester types have been optimised for stiffness using the latest finite element modelling techniques. All CT testers feature manual and automated program controls, depending on chosen options. All CT testers employ PC control and operate under Microsoft Windows 2000, XP or Vista.

These testers can be ordered with full SPC and dimensional checking (using integrated Mitutoyo caliper) software packages.

Alternatively, geometry of compression tension springs can be measured using the CTV Series of automated vision inspection machines.

Standard CT series load testers include:

• CT10 - 0.0002N to 15N           C frame
• CT200 - 0.004N to 200N         C frame
• CT500 - 0.01N to 500N           C frame
• CT2000 - 0.05N to 2500N       C frame
• CT5000 - 0.15N to 5000N       C or H frame
• CT10000 - 0.3N to 10000N     Hframe
• CT20000 - 0.6N to 20000N     Hframe
• CT30000 - 1N to 35000N        Hframe
