CTV series

The CTV series range of vision systems are ideal for inspecting 2D and 3D parts repeatably and accurately. These systems are an ideal replacement for optical comparators and dramatically reduce inspection times and thus cost. The software has been designed for use on the shop floor and in quality rooms. All CTV series vision systems employ PC control and operate under Microsoft Windows XP or Vista.

CTV vision systems are provided standard with the following features:

• Automated programmable test setups and manual quick measurement functions
• Auto part recognition for hands-off testing
• 200 x 160mm backlight
• 500mm servo controlled Z axis for autofocus functions, multi-lens capability and repeatable inspection setups
• Full SPC software with data reports including X and R Bar charts, Histogram and tolerance charts and results and batch reports.

Optional capabilities include:

• Servo controlled X and Y axes for inspecting parts up to 200 x 160mm planview
• In-process inspection capability with inputs and outputs to control machinery and parts as they're being produced (mid cycle)
• Real-time inspection capability to measure parts "falling" off production machinery
• High resolution cameras and lenses to suit specific applications
• Custom built lighting solutions
