LST series

The LST series fatigue testers are ideal for automated unattended fatigue testing of compression, tension and compressor springs.

LST series fatigue testers are provided standard with the following features:

• 6 stations
• Maximum adjustable stroke of 60mm
• Maximum adjustable free length of 200mm and maximum free space of 375mm
• Maximum part OD of 55mm
• Speed control up to 10Hz.

Optional capabilities include:

• 6 load cells (one per station) for real-time load measurements for relaxation testing
• PC control for unattended testing. Cycling can be programmed to stop when one part fails, all parts fail, or after a specified time.
• Increased cycle rate to 20Hz
• Compressor spring fatigue test add-on
• Torsion spring fatigue test add-on
• LST1200 (max combined loads up to 1800N or 300N per station)
• LST5000 (max combined loads up to 5000N or 800N per station)
