T series

The T series range of torsion testers all benefit from DC servo control for fast and accurate torsion angle control. All T series testers feature manual and automated program controls, depending on chosen options. All T series testers employ PC control and operate under Microsoft Windows 2000, XP or Vista.

These testers can be ordered with full SPC and dimensional checking (using integrated Mitutoyo caliper) software packages.

Alternatively, geometry of torsion springs can be measured using the CTV Series of automated vision inspection machines.

The T20 torsion tester is capable of torsion loads up to a maximum of 20Nm. It can accomodate up to 2 different torsion load cells with automatic (software) load cell recognition. As a further option, any number of different load cells can be used on one T20 frame, by simply selecting the correct software icon on the Microsoft Windows desktop.

The T20 can be configured with any combination of the following torsion load cells:

• 0.5Nm - 0.00001Nm to 0.5Nm
• 2Nm - 0.00004Nm to 2Nm
• 20Nm - 0.0004Nm to 20Nm
